If you are like me, then it's not enough to have great food. You want it to look good before it's plated as well. That's where food boards come into play. I love incorporating surf and turf selections for my family and guests to choose from. Everything on here was grilled, even the colossal king crab legs! Start by washing, oiling, salting and wrapping the potatoes. I put these on the grill first (at least an hour beforehand), next the corn, lamb chops, asparagus, crab legs and leave the peaches and lemons for last.

My mother is from Savannah and I grew up on red rice. It was always pretty special when she cooked red rice! I am going to have to give this a try!
